Helsby Construction Group was founded in late 2018 by director Henry Helsby, a former builder and residential/commercial site and project manager, with 7 years construction industry experience - due to identifying a better way to do business within the maintenance industry. We offer 4 main services to our clients, which is  building and carpentry division, an electrical division, a plumbing division, and a painting division. Our team of qualified and professional tradesmen are committed to excellence, in terms of quality and reliability, and have been hand picked to provide outstanding customer service.

Our Point Of Difference From The Rest

We believe our point of difference in the market is our use of software for automating scheduling and time-tracking, as well as communications with clients. We do this by utilising scheduling software, with links emailed to clients, so they are able to view our bookings schedule in real time, and book out either 1 hour, 3 hour, or full and half day slots, as well as book site/quote visits. We also offer a full service product, meaning all of our tradesmen are employed directly with the company, we are not a face company who subs out all the work to sub-contractors. While this takes longer to set-up initially, we believe it is a huge competitive advantage, for 2 reasons. The first being removing  a layer of margins that usually gets passed on to the client, and the second being that we control were all of our workers go each day, we aren't at the mercy of contractors who chase the money.
